I absolutely love this tea, and I enjoy it most evenings. I have never found a chamomile tea that I like, but since this one contained ashwagandha, I thought I would give it a try. It is absolutely delicious, and I do find it genuinely helps me feel more relaxed in the evenings. Plus it smells so so good. My kiddos also really like this one. And I LOVE how beautiful the tin is.

This is by far my now favorite tea to have any time I'm anxious or when I'm headed to bed and need something warm. I didn't realize it contained ashwagandha for a couple weeks but quickly understood why it helped calm the nerves! Thank you for this lovely tea. It will be a permanent staple in our wall of Harney teas! (The tin is also beautiful!)
